The Company partially amended its Articles of Incorporation by resolution of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on July 31, 2023; the Company eliminated the provisions regarding preferred shares and changed all preferred shares to common shares on the same day. In addition, the Company conducted a two-for-one stock split for its common shares on August 17, 2023. The above figures show the progression of per-share indicators after retroactively adjusting for the effect of the stock split.
